Global Obesity continues to be a problem. Many think that being “Overweight” is safe a zone. But the overweight category has its own health risks and this animated gif breaks them down.

The gif was a supplement to the paper, Health effects of overweight and obesity in 195 countries over 25 years, and used IHME data.
